The info on this program is completely incorrect. I have the Chalean Extreme series and use it regularly. The program focuses on resistance training using heavy weights ("Go heavy or go home" she always says) or resistance bands 3 days a week, and cardio/interval training 2 days a week. Just thought you should know!
