Kevin Durant's Workout

Basketball Stars' Workout Plans

For Kevin Durant, strength training and improving his balance are key focuses of his training. He lifts three or four times a week, and using tools like TRX, standard weights, and his own body weight for moves like lunges. For improving his balance, he works out on unstable surfaces and prefers the Airex pad, but a BOSU ball can be just as useful. In the off season, you'll find Durant back at the UT-Austin basketball courts where he likes to train (and play) alongside his former teammates and coach Todd Wright.
