About The Dukan Diet

Phase three of the Dukan Diet is for after you have reached your goal weight. This is also the time when you can be most vulnerable to gaining your weight back. This phase is supposed to help you keep the weight off through five days consolidation for each pound you've lost. You can have one celebration meal each week and one extra serving of carbs per week which can include rice or pasta.
