2012's Most Enviable Olympic Bodies

Olympic swimmer Natalie Coughlin just has that All-American look, which is just one of the many reasons she made our list of "Most Enviable Olympic Bodies." Having racked up 11 Olympic medals and becoming the first woman to win six medals in one Olympics, she's proven that she deserves a spot on this year's 2012 Olympic roster.

In a recent interview with Fitness Magazine, the swimmer revealed her training regimen, which generally consists of two hour pool workouts twice a day, running with her dog for 45 minutes to an hour every day, and strength training two to three times a week.

And as for her diet, Coughlin is apparently quite the foodie and loves to de-stress after a long day by getting in the kitchen. She even grows her own vegetable garden in her backyard. While in training, she fuels up with early-morning protein shakes followed by a bowl of Kashi and a banana for breakfast. Lunch is typically a sandwich and salad, and dinner is some kind of lean meat and fresh greens. Her favorite snacks are fresh fruit, almonds and cashews.
