10 Ways to Solidify Your Fitness Routine

The more friends you make at your local gym the more likely you are to keep going back. Plus, if you start getting to know a group of people who attend the same fitness classes or run on the treadmill at the same time as you, the gym becomes a friendly, welcoming place to be.

Being "known" at your gym also provides accountability. If the front desk attendant knows your name and expects to see you on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, he or she will likely ask where you were if you miss a day. While this isn't a strict form of accountability, it's accountability nonetheless which only helps further solidify your fitness routine.
