Really i have grab the copy and it has a nutrition chapter which is really helpful..
Cardio is not put inside the book because the routine is a circuit and interval type which is far better than long slow boring and non-effective CARDIO. Cardio is really BAD (you can find the information by yourself easily)

This looks SO GOOD! My own body as a way to exercise, nothing else required...REALLY want to find out more about this...telephone books as weights, etc seems like such a practical, easy way to go, and get great results.
