ADMINISTRATION
When blending the product follow these instructions: Measure the total water (8 ½ oz) needed in the blender; start blender at slow speed; slowly add contents of the Tolerex packet(s); blend at high speed until in solution, 30-60 seconds; for oral use add flavoring; pour into container and label
For manual mixing the product, follow these instructions: Add contents of one Tolerex packet to (2 oz) water in a one pint or larger container; stir or shake until lumps break up; add 6-1/2 oz. more water and stir or shake until in solution; for oral use, add flavoring; pour into container and label
Storage: When mixed, Tolerex may be refrigerated for up to 48 hours and left at room temperature for up to 8 hours. Store unopened powder at room temperature.

There is no exercise element to go with the Tolerex powder. This product is used as a dietary aid for those with digestive problems, special nutritional needs or those that have problems digesting or absorbing fat.
