I am so pleased with this diet. You don't have to
have the food delivered. I make everything myself with the recipes from the book. Its not that expensive. It beats spending money on fast food. I am on the last day of the first cycle. I have
lost 13 lbs. I have not cheated. I love the results
I see when I get on the scale and look in the mirror. Plus, I have never felt better.
Thank you Dr. Moreno for a diet that is absolutely the best.

BistroMD diet works, my daughter lost weight on it, HOWEVER...they do NOT take into consideration food allergies as they claim. She finally quit the program because they kept sending her things she can not eat, even after writing and calling about the situation. The food is expensive enough as it is, let alone paying for food you can't even eat because of allergies!

First of all I am disgusted to see Dr. Phil encouraging this! Has anyone really kept the weight off when they are finished the program. Sounds like the same old diet. Why not try.. eating when your hungry, stopping when you are full, making healthy choices, drinking water and throwing in 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week?!

I'm a diabetic and this is a great diet for myself. My blood sugar has gone down and I'm cutting down on insulin use, which for me is big. The meals are eazy to make and I'm loosing inches around the wast.

I started 3 days ago and it is going great - you DO NOT need to buy their food, but I wish I could afford to. The hard thing for me is shoppinfg and cooking and staying on the diet. The main thing is no carbs at all - I am a carb junkie, but it's going ok - You CAN do this - my clothes are already fitting looser - I know it is a bit different for guys & gals have a tougher time shedding pounds, but it is not horrible & there is enough variety to keep you from being bored.
Take a chance - you CAN do it!!!

Well did not know you had to order the food. On the Dr. Phil show that was never said-or did I miss something. Just like another preson said-people with money?

This diet is awesome. Both, my daughter and I are doing it. We've both lost weight. I've tried every diet out there and none have been successul...until this one. In one week I lost 5 lbs. My daugher lost 3 lbs. As to the guy who said you have to buy the food - NO you don't. All the recipes are in the book. No wierd ingredients either....like on South Beach. Very easy to follow.

Everyone! You are totally missing the point! You have a CHOICE to make the food yourself , which is cheap, OR purchase the ready-made food from BistroMD. This diet is affordable, look for a used copy of the book on Amazon or Ebay! You don't have to have the DVD to exercise, get outside and walk or go to a mall and walk if its too cold! I did this diet for 30 days and lost 17 pounds and hit my target weight!

You don't have to buy the food! The 17 day diet has teamed up with Bistro MD to make it easier on people. You can do the diet buying and making your own food!

I can't believe that Dr Phil would be part of this program. Looks like he's getting greedy. When is enough money enough? The only thing that will be slimmer are the people's wallets.

SO SO DISAPPOINTED Dr Phil . You should know better!

Can I get the book as an app on my phone.

I'm surprised Dr. Phil is engaging in this kind of advertising. The strategy is to get you to buy the book, and then you have to buy the food. Not good Dr. Phil.

South beach is the best diet ever. First two weeks suck I won't lie -but the results you get are amazing. AMAZING. I need a jumpstart so things like weight watchers don't work for me. I need results fast, at least initially to motivate me. You can lose anywhere from 12-25 pounds in two weeks depending on how much you need to lose and it's been two years, i've kept it off and I eat carbs so it's not like I gave up anything. I just don't eat disgusting amounts of them and i'm choosy with what I eat.

This is not a buy from me diet they have that option but the book has the diet plan in it with reciepes you can make the food yourself.
