Someone gave me this book but I didn't see any new information. I thought it would be a good book with healthy recipes. They talk too much about exercises. The title is misleading.

I recently got this book in the mail and while I agree with Alexis (it's def NOT a diet book), it still has loads of useful information that have been really great in helping me ease into my New Year's Resolution of staying slimmer. I especially love the chapter called "Eating Muffins Gives You Muffin Top"...too funny (and true to boot).

Sexy Women Eat is not a diet- so it should not be on this site at all. But if you look at the book as an anti diet for life than it fits perfectly. The book has everything from the 411 on caffeine, debunking diet myths, exercising in your office, and more. Probably the only truthful book on food out there these days!

I rarely have a free moment to pick up a book but I??m VERY glad I decided to read Sexy Women Eat on my work commute. It was a quick, hilarious read that proved even I can implement healthy choices into my crazy, always changing schedule. Gugnani includes amazing exercise and nutrition secrets for working women. Best of all, these tips are EASY! I have already tried the quick, nutritious recipes she includes in some of her chapters and now know how to successfully navigate the office party buffet!

Read Sexy Women Eat!! Ever since I was in high school, my life has always been about food. For as long as I can remember my relationship with food has been one of fear. I was constantly questioning what I was putting in my mouth, making meals far from enjoyable. I just read Sexy Women Eat and it reminded me that I should not be ashamed of what I??m eating. This hilarious and informative book offers amazing tips on how to develop a healthy relationship with food. I finished the book without feeling deprived or limited. I don??t have to skip dessert! Instead, I felt refreshed knowing that I was on the fast track to a healthy lifestyle.
