This dance workout video is lead by Robin Antin, the creator of the Pussycat Dolls, and features PCD's Christina, Girlicious, and three of the backup dancers. In Pussycat Dolls Workout, these women show you some of their signature dance moves to their famous songs, Don't Cha, Buttons, and Burlesque. The dances are fun and will help you release your inner sex kitten. However, they will not whip you into shape or make your body look like a professional dancer's.

Robin teaches you three 30-second dance routines to the songs. Many of these dance moves seem quite simple, but Robin does not explain how to do them. She does repeat the moves several times though, so you can learn the moves from watching her closely. After you have learned the routines, you are encouraged to dance along with Robin and the other Dolls as their famous songs play.
