Premier Fitness Camp is a live-in fitness experience in Salt Lake City, Utah. The program is taught at the Premier Fitness Camp, a state-of-the-art health and wellness retreat center, and supervised by nutritionists, chefs, physicians and behavioral therapists.

Premier Fitness Camp offers immediate results to those that have struggled with weight loss for an extended period of time. With Premier Fitness Camp, you receive sound nutritional advice from nutritionists on the staff. You also learn detailed food choices and portion sizes.

There is no calorie counting involved but you will learn how to receive and maintain results once you leave the facility.

The staff works with each person to teach the skills they need to prepare healthy meals and avoid pitfalls. How to grocery shop, how to cook healthy meals and how to snack wisely are all addressed during your stay at the Premier Fitness Camp.

In the 5 weeks I was at Premier Fitness Camp I lost over 51 lbs and I gained incredible knowledge, healthier habits, and the motivation to keep going. The personal chef creates such incredibly delicious varieties of meals I never felt like I was dieting. I was happy with the variety of workouts and the skills of the trainers. While I'm really exited to be going home, I'm suddenly aware of how much I'm going to miss this place-- or rather all the people who work so hard with such good humor to make PFC such an amazing, successful program. You guys and gals are the soil and sunshine for some remarkable growth. In the too short 11 weeks I spent with PFC you tirelessly adapted to changing dynamics, found ways to simultaneously challenge and support, and blew me away with your patience and knowledge.

After I left my review a few months ago, others responded and disagreed. Mostly, they state that one can lose weight at PFC, and that the trainers are great.....I agree completely! My problem is that it is poorly run program, virtually NO nutritional information, bad food, etc......AND expensive. I just returned from Fitness Ridge and I highly, highly urge you to go there. it has it's own facility (versus PFC where you have a room in a hotel), a great gym (versus sharing one with hotel guests), everything on site ( but the hiking), fantastic food, sophisticated nutritional lectures, a very high trainer/ guide to guest ratio ( 3 guides on each hike with groups of about 5-8), fantastic trainers, the best hiking I have ever done.......AND it is about 1/2 the price of PFC. I lost weight at both, but thought PFC was the most poorly organized program I had ever been to, while Fitness Ridge (for weight loss) was THE best. please, use your money wisely and go to Fitness Ridge!

I stayed for one month and lost 38lbs and learned a lot of great things that I know will help me continue my journey once returning home! Everything was great and it was exactly what I needed! Thanks to all the kind people at Premier Fitness Camp for helping me change my life!

I can't say enough good things about PFC! I was only able to stay 2-weeks due to my work schedule but in those 2-weeks I dropped 10% body fat! Through the follow-up coaching I've lost an additional 5% body fat and counting! This was just the jump-start I needed. Thank you PFC! Anybody looking to go to a camp should seriously consider going to this camp!!

I'm not sure which "fat farm" Ginger is referring to, but I can't imagine she has the right Premier Fitness Camp in Park City, UT. I attended for 4 weeks and finished nearly 3 months ago. Not only did I lose substantial fat while there, I've continued to lose since being home thanks to the inspirational follow-up coaching I received. The accommodations are first class and the trainers are unbelievable! This is not a spa or wellness getaway. Premier is just as it's billed; an intense luxury bootcamp that focuses on each guest on an individual basis. I can't imagine having a more positive experience!

Premier changed my life... I had been slowly creeping up on the scale and I was terrified I was going back to a familiar ugly place in my life. Everything around me was falling apart. Fingers crossed, I decided to make this jump. It's not an easy decision to make, but it turned out to be the best one I ever made. If you stick to the program it really works. The key ingredient is a positive attitude. The journey for each individual is different, for me it was way more than the pounds. It was a mental thing. I have made friends here that I will have forever. I plan to return to the camp, even if without weight loss goals, to be able to work out with the finest trainers in the world. If you are willing to do the work and have a good attitude, you will melt away!! The camp couldn't be in a more beautiful setting. Do it! Join! You wont regret it!! Good luck.

Premier Fitness Camp is in a league of it??s own! It is an experience and journey that everyone would be privileged to take whether your goal is to drop 200lbs, improve your fitness or establish new and healthier habits. The trainers are nothing less than world class. The workouts are fun, challenging, and different each day so that exercise becomes enjoyable rather than monotonous. The food is carefully prepared with only organic, clean, and perfectly calculated portion sizes so that your only concern is to enjoy it. In my 10 weeks here I have lost over 53lbs and feel better than ever. I will forever be grateful for my experience at PFC and it has acted as a catalyst for my continued success.

Premier Fitness Camp is the best thing that has happened to me! I didn't have any drive to do anything before I went there and really had gotten to my wits end... Wayne and Leah really made me feel like being healthy is a possibility! I lost 10lbs in the first week and am still working out hard hoping to continue my goals.... Only 75 more to go and I'll be at my optimal weight! At any of the camps out there you get what you put into it and Premier is as good as any of them. The fact that they won "best of state 2011" says a lot to me.

The good news - if you stick to the diet and do all of the workouts, you WILL lose weight.....of course, that's true at just about any "fat farm". The bad news - it is a disorganized, start-up, amateur operation that is quite expensive for what you get. The food is average (same salad for EVERY lunch and dinner). The nutritional counseling is so basic (try sharing an entree at a restaurant) that it is truly laughable. The "coaching" is virtually non-existent (they are still trying to put it in place). The "medically supervised" means you meet with a PA to discuss your bloodwork, etc., but there is no coordination between the PA and Premier. They simply are sloppy and unprofessional in their approach. The concept is a good one, some of the trainers are great and the program might be good when (if) they get their act together. I have been to Canyon Ranch, Miraval and The Ashram (all of which I highly recommend) and these guys are simply subpar in their field. They acknowledged to me that they knew they had "some gaps" and were working on it. In the meantime, use your money wisely and go elsewhere.
