Lipodrene is a weight loss formula that is supposed to help you burn fat and boost energy. Using a special blend of herbs, Lipodrene applies a three-way fat burning system that helps you burn calories, reduce appetite and suppress sugar cravings. It is also intended to burn fat away from specific problem areas like the thighs, hips and buttocks.
Lipodrene inhibits the release of targeted enzymes that control fat storage while also stimulating cellular energy, effectively causing the individual fat cells to release unwanted fatty acids.

Sida Cordifolia Extract Citrus Aurantium, Caffeine, 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), 5-Methoxytryptamine, Green Tea Extract, Cassia Nomame, Hoodia, Yohimbe Extract, and Naringen.
Hoodia may be adulterated since pure hoodia is so difficult to obtain. The amino acid, 5-HTP, has not shown any conclusive results that it supports weight loss.

DIET and EXERCISE
There are no specific diet guidelines while taking Lipodrene, but you are encouraged to exercise. Unfortunately though, an exercise program including how often to exercise and at what intensity is not given. Also, since this supplement does contain caffeine, you should limit or avoid caffeine altogether in order to prevent side effects like rapid heart rate and jitters.
CONCLUSION
Lipodrene is a weight loss pill that contains ephedra, the banned diet pill ingredients in addition to an array of herbs and other substances like amino acids and fruits that have been associated with weight loss. But given the proven health risks associated with ephedra you are strongly advised to stay away from Lipodrene.

I have used Lipodrene and loved it. I only stopped to cycle off. The only thing I'd like to share is about the thermogenetics in this product. It leaves me SUPER hot all the time, but other than that I feel amazing and have enormous energy. :-)
