Jillian Michaels is adding to her expanding roster of health and wellness products. The Jillian Michaels Ultimate Shake developed in conjunction with ThinCare™ International, LLC, is an all-natural and ready-to-drink meal replacement shake.
Each shake is high in protein, low in calories, rich in B6, B12, antioxidants and fiber, contain no artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. They come in two flavors: Vanilla and Double Chocolate flavors.

While some of the famous fitness trainer's diet pills have suffered legal battles in the past, these meal-replacement shakes don't come with the weight loss claims that her supplements do, nor do they contain the same questionable ingredients. The shakes though do make the claim that they taste quite good and much superior to other similar meal-replacement beverages.

Jillian Michaels' Ultimate Shakes contain no artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners, are soy and gluten free, have only 180 calories and are rich in B6, B12 and antioxidants. They are also an excellent source of fiber (7 grams) and are high in protein (16 grams).
They can be used as a meal-replacement or as an on-the-go mini meal. There are no specific guidelines on whether they can or should be used in conjunction with other Jillian Michaels supplements.

I love this shake....Im not a breakfast person so this is great for me. I have 1 every morning @ 8am and it will keep me full till 12pm...Great job Jillian....Your trusted name is the only reason I bought it. I didnt think you would put your name on a false product so I went ahead and bought 2 packs, today I drank my last one and Im on my way to walmart to go get more...Keep up the good work!!!

+Today i came across this product by accident. I got a chocolate and vanilla to try. I tasted one after my workout and i thought it tasted great. I have tried slim fast in the past and this is much better. It also was not very expensive. Wal-mart did a rollback on this item. Yeah!

I love the flavor and the results. I feel full and that is great. BUT...my bowel movements have changed and I am actually trying to find a site that will let me know if dark brown or black stool is normal when using her shakes. I heard that high intake of IRON can cause this, but I do not see that her drinks are that high.

I tried it out of curiosity, and I love them. I only tried the chocolate flavor. I thought it would be a great way to get my chocolate fix for the day, and I was totally right. I have tried weight loss shakes in the past, but they all left me feeling soooo hungry that I usually gorged on vending machine junk. This product actually filled me up like a milk shake and curbed my hunger! I now use them as breakfast or as a way to not overeat at lunch (drink it before you eat and you won't be as hungry). An added bonus is the nutritional content! Some "experts" say you should drink a glass of water before you eat to curb your appetite, but seriously, that doesn't work if your body is telling you it wants something satisfying. I'm sure most people who read this post will think it is plant by j.m., but I promise this is real!!!
