I actually liked the Abcircle machine, I've been using it now for 1month and have lost 12pds but I think I would have lost a a bit more if I had kept to the nutrition diet they gave me to get quicker results. Great for the slimming down of the abs.I would recommend it.

I want one of these, it seems to be right up my alley, and works on the area where I need most. I do at least 16 hours of cardio a week and I am losing weight just not on my abs, and that is what is most recognizable about of your body's transformation. But if its 400 dollars they can keep it.

Ive only had mine for a week or so but its ok so far. I have to use it on the highest tilt and im no athlete. I just had a baby 3 months ago! I can feel the muscles down the side of my tummy have been worked and it does get the heart rate up. It is expensive tho.( $400.00 australian) And mine isgoing all weird wear the roller rolls on the plastic disc and my handles dont line up evenly. The timer/ calorie counter is rubbish too, cheap crap. But over all i think it will do some good if you stick at it but its not all easy like it looks on the ad. But then if it was you wouldnt get any fitter or burn calories. It does hurt my knees abit so if you have bad knees it wouldnt be any good for you.
