Here's a supplement meant for athletic competition.

Top Rated Diet Pills of 2024
What is it?

XPEL is a diuretic water weight loss pill that is made with a proprietary formula. It claims it can quickly promote a removal of water weight while balancing the body’s electrolytes to help support healthier function.

Other benefits that are claimed are fast and safe results while preventing muscle cramping. It’s made with a botanical mixture of ingredients, and the manufacturer claims it is backed by legitimate science. XPEL is intended to reduce a puffy looking body caused by excess water weight. Our experts have reviewed several diet pills from all over and they have found that Sletrokor is the most effective. It offers the benefits of increased metabolism and fat burning without the use of any stimulants, artificial ingredients or cheap binders. I am 2 days out from a competition and started taking this product a few days ago for peak week - it definitely works but I have had a hell of a time with upset stomach, dizzy spells and just overall nauseated - i cut the dosage by one pill per serving (I am 105 lbs) and that seems to have helped.

XPEL recommended usage I bought this product to see if I have any excess water weight. I work out 6 days a week and eat healthy. But still cant' get a flat belly. It was recommended that I only use this product for 5 days because its very strong. And was told to drink over a gallon of water the first 3 days so my body doesn't try to retain any water. Although on the bottle their is no time limit or water recommendation besides the 16 oz. Is this how it is regularly taken?

I've been taking as directed for the last 2 days and so far there has been absolutely NO effect on my body. Neither good nor bad. Disappointed. I am going to conduct experiments on my husband, to see if it works on him.

I am a female elite athlete who uses this product prior to a bikini vacation. I start using the product 2 weeks before I get on that airplane! Tip: I am 5'10" & 140 lbs. Therefore, I am quite lean. I cut the dosage to 2 pills in the am and 2 pills in the pm. I found 4 in the am & 4 in the pm to be too hard on my system. For females, you might find this more effective! Drink water when using this pill otherwise you will taste salt all the time!

Absolutely LOVE this product. It really works! I use it primarily before my period and it helps with the cramps that come from water retention. You'll see results in 12 hours and because of that, you may get hooked. Its not a diet, and water will come "back." Works excellent for those special occasions.

I love this product. I am very athletic, however sometimes you want a little more definiton when youre going on vacation. This is not something that you take all the time. I utilize the product when i am going to the hamptons, MDW and i want to look like i stepped out of Men's fitness. I love this product, i lost about 5 pounds in 3 days. I work out often and i eat very healthy, so obviously this will work great for me. But if you are in bad shape and you want to look great, this is not for you. I believe this product is for individuals who are already in great shape, but are looking for a little more definition for a short time, because the weight will come back. I hope this helped.

NC your an idiot...You can;t retain water from drinking water ask any doctor. Water flushes out the system. Its the sodium in your diet that retains your water...I drink 2 liters of water daily and have never experienced retention. The more I drink the more I pee the lighter I feel...DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!

BACKGROUNDBACKGROUND Start the Diet Now Advertisement

A common weight loss practice is reducing water weight via a diuretic. A diuretic will increase urination, removing all excess water from the body. Body builders and other athletes use diuretics, like Xpel from MHP, to reduce weight prior to sporting events. Xpel is an herbal diuretic, sold as a water release pill that claims to help you lose weight.

MHP is a supplement company, otherwise known as Maximum Human Performance. The company was founded by Vincent Giampapa, M.D., specializing in hormone studies and aging, and his partner Gerard Dente, an accomplished body builder. Xpel is one of many products in the company's family of diet supplements.

Do You Know the Best Diet Pills of 2024?

PROPRO

Xpel contains natural ingredients, eliminating concern about manufactured ingredients. Xpel also has electrolytes, which help keep muscles hydrated.

  • Available without a prescription
  • Natural ingredients
  • Contains electrolytes
  • Affordable
  • Disclaims that it's not for long-term weight loss
CONCON

Using a diuretic as a primary means for weight loss is not a healthy plan. This typically requires that you rid your body of important water needed for function. That is why Xpel is recommended strictly for professional athletes.

  • Contains caffeine, a stimulant and diuretic
  • Not for long-term results
  • Specific side effects not cited
INGREDIENTSINGREDIENTS

The herbal blend in Xpel is patented. There is concern that Xpel contains two sources of caffeine, as it acts as a stimulant and known to give the jitters and a queasy stomach. Caffeine is also a popular diuretic. Some of these ingredients include:

  • Green tea leaf - caffeine
  • Guarana seed extract - caffeine
  • Dandelion extract - diuretic
  • Buchu leaf - South African plant with a peppermint flavor
  • Horsetail extract - helps the body absorb calcium
EXERCISEEXERCISE

Xpel does not make mention of the inclusion of exercise while using its product. However, it is recommended for use only by athletes who are already committing to regular exercise.

CONCLUSIONCONCLUSION

Xpel is certainly not recommended for anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle or any long-term results. It is sold as a tool for athletes to rid their body of additional water weight prior to an event. Before taking a diuretic like Xpel, you should consult your physician.
