No longer do men have to feel like women are having all the weight loss fun. Weight Watchers Online for Men is an extension of the 50-year-old program that women have traditionally used. This plan clearly identifies the different needs of men and women, giving men a weight loss program they can trust has been built just for them.

Men and women equally struggle to keep off weight, with women taking most of that spotlight. Now, men can access the same program online women have relied on for years. Weight Watchers Online for Men is an ideal way to lose weight as it provides anonymity and convenience. Whether you're a husband and father, a bachelor, or a traveling businessman - Weight Watchers Online for Men can customize a plan to help you live a healthier life.

Men follow the Weight Watchers program and have access to Weight Watchers Meetings. This is how Weight Watchers originated, with supportive groups meeting weekly and learning more about healthy living and eating from a group leader. While the program isn't customized for men, they are welcome and many men do participate. You'll learn how to follow the plan, use PointsPlus values, attend a private weigh-in and talk through some of the issues you and fellow attendees are faced with in your journeys.

As a meetings member you can sign-up for Weight Watchers eTools, which provides access to an online account where you can track PointsPlus values and food, track progress, access recipes, watch fitness demos and more. Weight Watchers claims that meetings members who use eTools lose 50-percent more weight than those solely attending meetings.

Weight Watchers also has one of the largest recipe databases on the Web. So along with customized meal plans, restaurant guides and recipe builders, you can try any of the hundreds of delicious recipes all with your appetite in mind.

Weight Watchers has partnered with Applebee's to create menu selections that offer PointsPlus values. So you can take the family out for dinner or meet the guys for a game and still enjoy the foods you love without worrying about going over your target.

The Weight Watchers website features thousands of recipes for all occasions. If you're a Weight Watchers Online or Weight Watchers eTools subscriber, you can use the PointsPlus calculator tool to find the PointsPlus values of restaurant foods, and you can also consult the Eating Out Guide. Weight Watchers Meetings Members can also use the A-Z food list found in the Pocket Guide, or purchase the Complete Food Companion, and the Dining Out Companion to help them plan for their night out.

The Weight Watchers 360 program takes into account fat, protein, carbs and fat grams and encourages you to make smarter choices about the foods you choose to eat. For instance, you'll eat more Power Foods, which are specific foods that are not just healthy but also help to keep you feeling satisfied.

On the Weight Watchers 360 program you can eat anything you like as long as you stick to a daily PointsPlus values goal, and there's plenty of room for treats and extras.

I was a WW member for years. Lost 64 lbs. the first time. Lectured for several years, loved it. Gained some back, but have always gone on the program to lose the weight again. The online program sounds great. And for men! Maybe it's the thing I need to get my 79 year old a-- back in line.

I started it when my wife wanted to join WW and needed support, so far in 2 weeks I'm down 7lbs. The best part is it's easy, you just learn to eat smarter, but you want you can still have that slice of pizza and beer and it won't kill your diet. I love it!

My wife turned me on to WW after she had success on the program. Her support really helped me commit to WW. I've lost 20-pounds in 3 months, and feel great! For the first time since high school I'm exercising regularly, and getting good results.

Anyone know how many exercise points I get for skiing? It seems if I am out all day in the cold and keeping moving on the slopes that it should be worth something?

This really works. Started in April and I've lost 35 pounds since then. I eat the food that I like. Make some concessions when we cook at home- but grilling, beer and family pizza night aren't a problem. Definitely worth it.

The points gets tedious so I usually have my wife help with this part, so without her help I would never be able to follow it. As a guy I need something more straight forward

The calculatore the weight watchers site gives you is awesome but if you can't get near a computer to login and check on foods I found it hard to stay in check but their recipes rule!

I've done WW for a while and convinced my husband do the WW for Men. He loves it! He said it doesn't feel like a girly diet and and he can count points without the guys really catching on. He's lost 15 pounds since the beginning of the year. Thanks WW for coming up with this!!
