The worst diet delivery plan ever. I was on the bi weekly delivery and even when the food arrived the lettuce was brown the food was always upside down and poorly prepared. They send asparagus stalks barely cooked withe the best part the tips cut off.
I had signed up for three months paid in full when I wanted to stop the program they said there were no refunds. I tried to cancel thru my credit card but they couldn't help. I was never helped with any of the complaints regarding the food quality they were rude and didn't care. Don't waste your money. If you are looking for a better plan try Zone Chefs they are more expensive the the food is worth it and when I had an issue they would credit me for that meal. Also didn't lose a pound. Absolutely disgusting food.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! The food is extremely disappointing. Much of it has been completely inedible (e.g., when they dumped a can of cannellini beans in a carton and called it a salad). Considering food is all they do, it seemed both unbalanced and haphazard. For example, they had practically the same dinner two days in a row (baked "fried" chicken weds and baked "fried" flounder the next). One day, I got almost no protein until dinner (breakfast: fruit salad; lunch: salad w/ one bite of beef; snack: caesar salad). Another day, lunch consisted of a decent salad but on which they randomly threw 3 slimy cold cuts. On the bright side, considering I'm repulsed by half the food they offer, I've lost 3 pounds in 5 days. But not sure that's particularly healthy, anyway.
