Do You Know the Best Diets of 2024?

BACKGROUNDBACKGROUND

The Flex Belt is the only Abdominal Toning system cleared by the FDA for toning, firming and strengthening the stomach muscles. By wearing the belt for just 30 minutes each day, the devices promises to give you a more sleek and defined look in your abdominal region. What appears to be almost like a dream come true comes from the Flex Belt's ability to demand nothing from you. You simply wear it and the device stimulates the nerves in your stomach that force your muscles to contract and relax. The Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology is the same kind of technology that is used by physical therapist for patients who are unable to move their muscles themselves.

Several before and after photos are available on the site to show you the type of results people are getting. Some celebrity and professional athletes that use the Flex Belt include Jerry Rice, Janet Evans, Arianne Curry and Lisa Rinna. There is a disclaimer on the site highlighting that the Flex Belt alone won’t burn fat, but tones and tightens the muscles in your stomach. You are encouraged to follow a diet and workouts that engage the entire body for maximum results.

DIET and EXERCISEDIET and EXERCISE

The Flex Belt web site does offer a bonus of 30 days access to the Flex Belt meal planner with your order. This meal planner is considered to be one of the most advanced of its kind. You simply log in to get started creating your meal plan.

For new users, the Flex Belt meal planner offers a tutorial on how to use the program. This system helps you look at your current diet and use the foods you love to fill in any nutritional gaps you may be currently experiencing. You will also be able to browse some of the meal plans that have been created by other members. You have the ability to create your own recipes, enter customized foods by inputting their nutrition information and track your goals. You are encouraged to include fruits, vegetables, grains, meats, plant proteins, and eggs and dairy in your diet. Each meal plan showcases one day of meals and includes all nutrition information and your calorie count for that day. Below is a sample meal plan that was created by another member:

  • Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios with milk and strawberries
  • Snack: Yogurt with almonds
  • Lunch: Fajita with chicken and vegetables; orange; carrots, celery, mixed salad greens with Italian dressing
  • Snack: Hummus with carrots; strawberries
  • Dinner: Chicken with spinach, broccoli and tomatoes

You are encouraged to follow some type of diet while using the Flex Belt to get the results you desire. It is noted on the web site that the Flex Belt works to tone your stomach muscles.

The device will not burn fat inches so you must do that through dieting and performing other exercises that involve working the entire body. Since the Flex Belt does not increase your heart rate or tone other areas of your body, engaging in additional forms of exercise is necessary to achieve overall fitness.

USAGEUSAGE

You can wear the Flex Belt whenever you want: at work, at home, while you're exercising or making dinner. The belt contains three gel-pads that are pre-positioned around your core region. The pads cover the central abdominals and the external oblique muscles. When the belt is operating, it stimulates these main muscle groups, which then send nerve signals to other neighboring muscles so that they relax and contract as well. It is the constant relaxing and contraction that tones the muscles and gives them more definition and strength.

The user will feel a mild sensation along their abdominals while the Flex Belt is in use. The user controls how powerful the sensations can be. The intensity goes from level 1 to 100. As strength develops, the intensity should be increased.

It is recommended to wear the Flex Belt for 30 minutes each day for 4 - 8 weeks, or until intended results are seen. In order to maintain strength and tone, the user should then wear the device 2-3 times each week. The gel pads need to be replaced after 20 - 30 sessions.

CONCLUSIONCONCLUSION

It sounds a bit too good to be true: Get great abs while you cook dinner or take a nap. But that is the promise of the Flex Belt, the only FDA cleared abdominal workout belt that is meant to tone, strengthen and firm up abdominal muscles. From Jerry Rice to Weight Watcher's and fashion magazines, many are heralding this apparent incredible invention for being the dream product for any lazy exerciser.

Just remember that all it will do is firm your abs. If you don't do any other kind of physical activity or if you eat cupcakes all day, don't ask for your refund back if you're not noticing a six-pack on your torso.

I got this big belly and started a diet and working out early this year. my diet is helping and now i have the belt. i used it on level 40 on day 1, took day 2 off, day 3 (yesterday) i did it 2 times and got it up to level 99. it hurts like hell if you dont take a small break while raising the level because while you go from 40 to 99, there is no break, it lets you feel it the whole time unless you stop. while getting to 99 you need to flex your stomach muscles so you dont feel as much pain. After that, you get use to it. this morning, i put it on again and when i got to level 50, i could feel how sore my abs were from yesterdays workout. i had to let the soreness go away before getting back up to 99. when i was done, my abs were sore. It feels great and my stomach is tighter. Everyone knows that unless you feel sore, you didnt really workout. Keep to a strict diet and workout regularly while using the flexbelt and you'll see great results. You just dont need to do annoying sit ups etc..
Use level 99 and use it everyday. Buy the gel pads because you need it and when you look like "The situation" remember what got you there.

I'm considering purchasing this product but read you have to replace the gel pads every 20-30 sessions. So if you use it everyday you will have to repurchase the gels every 4-5 weeks? How much are the gels?

I am going to purchase this product as soon as possible, I have heard great reviews about the flex belt. My personal trainer also recommended me to wear a waist trimmer to burn fat around my abs when I am walking and after wards, wear the flex belt....I am so excited! Thank you all for your input....

It didn't work for me. I'm 5'1" and 5 lbs overweight according to the BMI guidelines. Since having my daughter 3.5 years ago, I've got a tummy that won't go away. I tried the Flex Belt for 6 weeks and just returned it. Maybe it's because I have a low tolerance for pain, but after 6 weeks I could only get up to an intensity of 70. My obliques definitely felt the workout (and that's where it would hurt as I increased the intensity), but my problem area tummy barely felt the "shocks" and didn't seem to respond much at all. I repositioned the belt over and over as suggested by the instructions, but nothing worked. So I'm guessing I had too much flab in the tummy area for this to work for me. And if that's the case, I'd guess the target audience for this product is people who are already pretty fit who just want nice toning. It certainly didn't undo my mommy-belly like I was hoping it would.

People, do you know how hard it is to get six pack abs if you are 40 lbs overweight? It's ridiculous, took me a full 2 years to do it. that's dedication for two straight years. I sacrificed a lot and gave up a lot of foods i used to eat but it was all worth it. I was worried that i would have sagging skin but that tightened up. i do have some stretch marks though, probably have to get something done surgically to remove that. I've used the flexbelt for the last three months and its helped alot. it toned and stregthened my abs and after each use, my abs would be popping out of my stomach. Having to order more gel pads sucked but it was all worth it.

holy cow, my abs were sore the day after i used this. More sore than i've been after doing hundreds of sit ups. That was two weeks ago when i first tried it, my abs feel stronger and my back feels better. Been using it 6 days a week. Very nice!

i bought this for my husband and for the first two weeks, he just used this and didn't do anything else. Since he started using the flexbelt, he's been more active and he started to excercise recently. Unbelievable, i have to give credit where its do. dave's mission now is to get a six pack and all I have to say is Thank you Flex Belt!

You know this thing is for real when an editor for Men's Fitness writes that it. that's what convince me to try it. months have passed and i finally have 6 pack abs that i don't suck in my stomach to see. That's not something you can do easily. It takes dedication and a lot of hard work and it was taking me forever to get them, but it was much easier using the flexbelt.

all i have to say is "UN BELIEVABLE". I knew it had to work since Jerry Rice was endorsing it but this thing is ridiculous. My abs are perfect now.

the flexbelt works out my abs like nothing else. I can wear this for 10 minutes at 85% and i feel like i worked out my abs for hours. One of the trainers at my gym also said that this is a good product and that he has a lot of his clients that use it at home.

getting six pack abs is a comitment, you can't just do it with a belt. You have to trim the fat on your body for the six pack abs to show up. Here's the thing though, the flexbelt can work your abs and actually make them bigger and stronger, so it's easier to see even if you have fat around your stomach. I already had six pack abs but the belt made them more defined. you can wash rocks on my stomach now.

my brother has been raving about this product for months and i tried his and it definitely works. The one thing i was worried about with this thing was getting six pack abs. I just wanted to get toned and the power adjustment settings can do this. you can regulate the workout to just tone the abs. my abs look incredible. Lean and toned, perfection
