+I would suggest you write down what your heartbeat rate is before you take it , just in case. Well when I first took it I read the instructions to take the pills with an 8 oz glass of water and then eat. I felt like I was about to throw up but that was just the first day. You would feel a little sick at first but it gets better. Its day 5 for me and I feel fine. I actually lost weight about 3-4 pounds. I barely exercise because of school this year. I'm about 5' 4'' and I weighed 130 now I'm about 126-127 around day 3-5 my appetite has been going down I feel less hungry.I also used another product while taking these pills called "NUTRAMIST" crave control and its been working well. I think it's helping me become more regular too.

I just finished using SQ clense i dont think i have notice anything different at all. i feel the same. but i just started using SQ containing Green Tea and it makes me go to the bathroom a lot, i do not feel hungry. I am hoping it will make me loose weight faster. i'm 5-2 and half and weigh 108 i am hoping i could atleast loose 6 to 8 pounds. i just started doing sit ups and try to go for walks or jogs every two days. Lets see where this medication takes me after the bottle is emptied.

+I started the SQ Cleanse on Monday, and i have lost a total of 13 lbs. You need to remember this, no one will lose the weight in the same way. I am very overweight, so of course i will lose it faster. This product has been good to me. i have not had any stomach cramps, but when i gotta go....I gotta go. It is exactly what it says, a gentle cleanse. I have not incorporated any exercise, but when I do, i am sure that I will shed even more lbs. Once, I finish the cleanse, i am gonna start on the SQ Hoodia. I will be sure to let you guys know how that does me. i am use to caffeine, so i do not see how it will give me a headache of feel sick to my stomach.

I just bought SQ Naturals and I am going to give it a try. I liked the positive feedback from other users. I am currently on Weight Watchers and doing very well on it, but feel I could benefit from the green tea, pomegranate, and acaf that is in SQ Naturals and a little more energy that I would get would be a plus. I have already lost about 8 lbs and my goal is to lose another 6. So I will keep you posted on my progress. :-)

I used this product back in the summer of 07 to lose some weight for my wedding, i went from a size 10 to almost a 6, that was from 1 bottle, i stopped using it and didn't start putting weight back on till recently. I do kickboxing 2x's a wk and soccer 1 day a wk but havent' seen results so i'm starting slimquik again to give me that lil help i need, i'm hoping to lose 10-15lbs so we'll see if it works again for me, i'll keep u posted.

+I have been drinking the slim quick powder mix for 5 weeks and I only drink one packet a day, a 1/2 hour before my workout on the elliptical. I work on the machine for 65 minutes, increasing my levels each week, 5 days a week. I think slimquick helps me alot. I have lost an amazing 19 lbs. On January 5th, I was a size 18 weighing 239 lbs. and now I am a size 16 weighing 220 lbs. I eat less and I have more energy. I eat 6 small meals a day. I eat more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Just taking it one day at a time! I still have a lot to go, it feels good decreasing the inches around my waist. I even sleep less. To my suprise, the cellulite is disappearing from my thys and butt.

I purchased the Cleanse with the SQ as a package deal and I could not take all of the recommended pills a day. So, I skipped the Cleanse portion and just took the pills.
