Libidra is a sexual enhancement supplement for women, designed to increase the libido and improve satisfaction during sex. The company sells a male-oriented product as well, but this is their women-focused formula.

The supplement contains ingredients that are supposed to increase the flow of blood to the vagina and clitoris, awakening desire and stimulating the want for sex. It is also supposed to increase sensitivity, which can allow women to enjoy better sensation and more pleasure during lovemaking. The product is claimed to be made of top-quality ingredients that were chosen for their purity, promising a high potency and solid effectiveness. With proper use, the supplement claims to make women’s sex lives more enjoyable and far more satisfying.

Sexual dysfunction is something that affects more women than commonly thought, and out of all the options available, the only supplement we recommend is Libitrinex. This high-quality product contains all-natural ingredients widely known for supporting hormonal balance, improved energy, and overall sexual function. Libidra contains an assortment of ingredients helpful in maintaining women’s sexual health. Some of the main ingredients are as follows:

Cacao Shatavari Cistanche Bark Passionflower
Mucuna Pruriens Chasteberry Maca Schizandra
Dong Quai Theobromine L-Arginine Damiana

Shatavari: An Indian remedy prescribed in Ayurvedic tradition as an aphrodisiac, as well as for infertility and improving overall reproductive health. There is a downside to this product and that is that, according to WebMD, we do not know enough about the plant to know how safe it is for regular consumption.

Cistanche Bark: An ingredient used in Chinese medicine for increased sexual energy. While it has shown effects when tested on animals, there is no clinical evidence of it having any effect on humans.

Schizandra: A plant used mainly in traditional Chinese medicine for increased energy,  endurance, stamina. It is also supposed to have properties that can treat a weak immune system and normalize blood sugar levels. Some side effects could include:

  • Allergic reactions like rash, itching
  • Gastrointestinal pain, appetite loss, heartburn

Chaste Berry: Also known as angus castus, this plant grows mainly in the Mediterranean and was traditionally prescribed to ease the pain of menstrual cramps, balance out sexual desire, and is also said to regulate hormone levels.

Here are our recommendations for sex drive supplements for women.

Maca: Maca, also called Lepidium peruvianum, is a plant that grows in the Andes Mountains of Peru, where it has been used as a medicinal remedy for centuries. Most famously it is supposed to help balance hormonal output and regulate it, and this is why it has been prescribed as a natural remedy for treating menstrual problems in women, as well as sexual dysfunction. There are several varieties, and some affect women more than men, and vice verse.

Mucuna Pruriens: This plant is a bean that grows mainly in the tropical areas of Africa and Asia, and is traditionally marketed as a treatment to counteract anxiety. When taken orally or applied topically, it is also said to increase blood flow, which is why it is often used in herbal aphrodisiacs.

L-Arginine: This is an amino acid which is important for making proteins in the body. It is mostly found in food sources, such as poultry, red meat, and dairy. It is used as a treatment for a number of things, including erectile dysfunction, coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, and reducing inflammation. It works by turning into nitric oxide in the blood, widening the blood vessels for increased blood flow, and triggering the release of substances like insulin and growth hormone.

For improving women’s reproductive systems and sexual appetite, these supplements could help.

Libidra consists of a formula of natural herbs that are all typically used for their effects on the reproductive system in some form or another. Some of the ingredients, like maca and chastetree, can have a beneficial effect on women and their sex drive, and l-arginine is known to have an effect on increasing blood flow.

However, other ingredients either have no evidence for them working, like cistanche, or can have side effects like schizandra. The presence of unproven or side effect-laden ingredients could affect the potency of this product, possibly watering down the overall strength of the product.

EDITOR’S TIP: Combine this supplement with a proven female libido enhancer such as Libitrinex for better results.

Libidra is sold mainly on the product’s primary website. It is available in bottles of 60 capsules at a time. Customers can purchase one, three, or six bottles at a time, and the more bottles you buy, the more of a discount you see per bottle. The pricing breakdown goes like this:

  • 1 bottle = $34.95
  • 3 bottles = $94.95 (roughly $5 off per bottle)
  • 6 bottles = $164.95 (about $7 off per bottle)

In the end, the discounts aren’t actually very impressive, with a maximum of only about $7 savings per bottle at the highest discount. Customers who want to actually get a deal out of this company will have to risk a larger up-front cost.

Due to the questionable quality of some of the ingredients, it isn’t immediately clear how much of a value this product is for the price.

Libidra is made by You Go Healthy, a nutritional supplement company based in Florida. Their contact information can be found here:

Phone Number: (855) 494-4669

Address: 1000 Holland Dr suite #1, Boca Raton, FL 33487

The company does not appear to accept returns made within 30 days of trying a product, so customers will have to wait a month before submitting a return request. The refund period ends 60 days from the first shipment, and there’s a 20% restocking fee for all items. Shipping and handling are not refunded.

Libidra’s website leaves a lot to be desired, with multiple grammatical and editing errors that make the brand seem sloppy and unprofessional. Low-quality photographs and a lack of a Terms of Service page further detract from the image of this product.

The company that makes Libidra, You Go Healthy, only has a C+ with the Better Business Bureau, with the BBB claiming that this rating was partly based on the company’s failure to respond to a customer service complaint. Their website sells a number of different products, but it isn’t clear whether they make them or are just selling them. For example, they offer Clif Bars, but it’s obvious they don’t own that brand.

Overall, the lack of polish makes this company not look very professional, which is a huge factor in trusting a company with your business – especially with a product intended to affect your health in one way or another.

To improve women’s sex drives, we recommend these options.

Libidra has some reviews (“testimonials”) on the product’s main website, and they are all positive:

“Birth control made my sex drive plummet, but after using Libidra my sex drive is back where it should be.”

“After using this product I have more orgasms and a higher sex drive than I ever had before.”

“I believe that Libidra saved my relationship.”

“My libido started to go down as I got older, but now that I’ve been taking Libidra, I feel young again.”

We couldn’t find customer reviews for this product anywhere outside the website, so we are limited to just this handful of reviews. Unfortunately, there is not much here to go on, as there’s no real way to gauge an overall customer response to a product with only a few different testimonials. Large numbers of instances of customer feedback are necessary to determine whether a product is likely to work or not, and it helps if they come from third-party sources.

Our top picks for the Top Ten best women’s sex drive supplements.

Libidra contains some extracts and ingredients that can have a benefit on women’s sexual energy, but the presence of other ingredients that are problematic or unproven, the lack of professionalism on the part of the business that makes it, and the lack of quality and wide-ranging customer reviews puts the value of this product in doubt. For these reasons, we cannot recommend this supplement at all.

A better alternative that we recommend for improving women’s reproductive health is a supplement called Libitrinex. We’ve reviewed it thoroughly and found that, with its quality natural ingredients  specially-formulated to improve the sex drive and to increase energy, and with its high-quality manufacturing process, it dominates the competition. Even better, lots of satisfied customers highly recommend it.

We’ve looked at lots of feminine sexual health supplements, and out of all of them,  Libitrinex still comes out on top as the safest and most effective women’s sexual supplement on the market. Click here to read more about the benefits of Libitrinex, and see how it compares to its competitors.
