Max Sleep Review (UPDATED 2019): Don't Buy Before You Read This!
Expert rating: By Robert (Senior Reviewer) September 21, 2017 Advertising Disclosure
Max Sleep is sleep aid that is designed for those who are looking to optimize the quality of the sleep that they are experiencing. The manufacturer asks if you wake up too early and cannot get back to sleep, wake frequently throughout the night, take a long time to fall asleep, or feel groggy when getting up. If you’re effected by any of these issues, then they suggest that this product may be for you.
Each bottle of the product comes with 90 capsules, three of which are supposed to be taken just prior to going to bed. Each bottle is supposed to be a monthly supply.
There is no doubt that the top ranked sleep aid currently available on the market is Fenotrex. The product was evaluated by review experts and stood tall against the hundreds of other sleep aids out there for its potent ingredients and consumer reaction. If you want to regulate your sleep and feel more in control, then check out Fenotrex by clicking here.
Max Sleep Ingredients and Side Effects
The manufacturer offers an impressive level of clarity and transparency to those who are just visiting their site. A clear look of at the supplement facts label is one of the first things that greets you when you go to the product page. It clearly lists all the ingredients that are used and the specific dosages for each as well.
Furthermore, they offer clear links to clinical studies that offer their results in testing the ingredients that are used in the product. Here are the ingredients that they use in the formula:
|Vitamin B6||Magnesium||Zinc||GABA||Velvet Bean|
GABA: A chemical that is made in the brain and can also be taken as a supplement. It is generally used to relieve anxiety, improve mood, and treat ADHD. Additionally, it can also help to burn fat, lower blood pressure, and develop lean muscles. It can block neurotransmitters within the brain that allows the nerves within the body to relax.
Velvet Bean: Otherwise known as Cowhage, a plant that grows in India, the Bahamas, and possibly even Florida. It had been used for hundreds of years in Ayurvedic medicine to treat issues such as Parkinson’s disease, and currently it used to treat anxiety, arthritis, and a condition called hyperprolactinemia. Aside from mild sedative effects, its relation to healthy sleep is unclear.
Vitamin B6: Vitamin that is found in foods like beans, vegetables, meat, eggs, and cereals, as well as produced in a laboratory. Its main function is to prevent and treat anemia, heart disease, and high cholesterol. Additionally, it is also used to treat Alzheimer’s disease, ADHD nerve pain, muscle cramps, asthma, migraine headaches, and infertility.
Max Sleep Quality of Ingredients
We like that Max Sleep keeps a relatively simple blend of ingredients that make it easier for users to understand what it is they may be putting into their bodies. Furthermore, ingredients such as GABA, magnesium, and zinc all play roles in regulating the body to give it the nutrients that it needs to sleep restfully and perhaps also provide the relieve of anxiety that is needed. The role of Velvet Bean is unclear, particularly since it has no direct connection to sleep health and one of its potential side effects is insomnia.
The formula in general seems light on ingredients that actually help the user get to and stay asleep. There are no trusted staples such a melatonin, chamomile, or valerian root, which are common and effective approaches to treating insomnia and bad sleep patterns. These ingredients are also gentle and effective, meaning they are not habit forming. The formula that Max Sleep presents uses healthy supplements, just not necessarily for sleep.
The Price and Quality of Max Sleep
The manufacturer’s website sells a one-month supply of the product for $50 plus shipping and handling. They also offer a three-month supply for $130. This is substantially overpriced considering the cost of many competitor’s products, and the lack of ingredients within this product’s formula that seem to address the heart of the issues with may insomnia or bad sleep sufferers. They also recommend stacking their Max Sleep product with their Max Recovery product for $105. It is never a good sign when the manufacturer is attempting to sell additional products to emphasize the effects of the one you’re buying.
As of this writing, Max Sleep has a page on Amazon, but is listed as being “currently unavailable”. There is no indication that it will become available there soon, and is not sold anywhere else but the manufacturer’s site from what we could find.
Business of Max Sleep
Max Sleep is manufactured and sold by a company that goes by the name Nova Thr3e Labs. They produce and sell a variety and wellness products including “Max Adrenal” “and Max Capacity”
Here is the contact information we could find for the company online:
Address: No physical address is provided.
Phone Number: No phone number provided.
Email: No direct email address is provided, but there is a very clear link to a page that allows you to submit questions electronically, and in the right-hand corner of each page is a yellow pop-up offering assistance via message.
We were unable to locate a Better Business Bureau page for the manufacturer, and it appears that they are not nor have not been involved in any lawsuits or litigation.
Customer Opinions of Max Sleep
Unfortunately, there do not appear to be any reviews for Max Sleep available. Their product website doesn’t offer any, and the Amazon page for the product doesn’t appear as though it was ever active, so there are no reviews yet. It is a bit strange that the manufacturer, Nova Thr3e Labs, has a whole line of health and wellness products, merchandising, and an appealing, modern website, but no one seems to have used their product. Anyway, it is hard to recommend a product when we don’t even know how it will interact with users yet.
Conclusion – Does Max Sleep Work?
Max Sleep seems like a relatively new product. It is only sold through the manufacturer as a line of health and wellness products, and the website and packaging looks modern. That may explain why it is difficult to find much relevant information from those who have experience with it.
To the product’s credit, they offer very clear ingredients details front and center on their product site, with a clear look at the supplement facts label, and even links down below to clinical studies that support their ingredients. That said, even a cursory look at the list of ingredients will show that it is missing a significant number of effect sleep supplements, and the ones that are included seem more developed for optimizing and regulating the body, rather than addressing issues that may be at the heart of the consumer’s sleep issues.
New products can be exciting, and the Max Sleep site is well-designed and appealing. But to this point there have been no proof of results from actual users, and the price tag is too high for many people to just give it a shot, particularly since there does not appear to be any free trial or money back guarantee that is offered.
