Mini Bio
Shanna Masten was born in Safford, Arizona, and has been a math teacher for the past 15 years. In 2024, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She successfully overcame the cancer, determined to stay alive for her husband and four sons. Shanna’s ready to take on another life-threatening challenge: her obesity. She knows that getting down to a healthy weight will decrease her chances of relapses, and help her live better and longer.
