Designer Weighs in on Scales

Weighing yourself can be an obsession. So much so, that it can play head games while you are trying to manage your weight. It’s OK to do once in a while, but the general rule of thumb is to simply go by how your clothes feel. You can gain a little muscle weight, which makes you think you are at a plateau, when in reality you are getting leaner. Here’s an interesting modern art experiment with multiple scale designs. I’m not sure what quite to make of it, but it’s interesting nonetheless.
