Hearty Zucchini Soup

September is Yoga Month, dedicated as a time to learn more about this ancient practice that offers a wealth of health and fitness benefits in modern times. For those who've never tried it, it might looked like a zenned-out peaceful escape (and it is), but for those who have tried it, they know it can be a total body workout. Yoga is used for everything from finding balance in the mind/body connection to losing weight and getting in shape and even managing diseases.
