September is Yoga Month, dedicated as a time to learn more about this ancient practice that offers a wealth of health and fitness benefits in modern times. Yoga is used for everything from finding balance in the mind/body connection to losing weight and getting in shape and even managing diseases.

Our resident yoga expert, Heather Ashare, passionately shares the latest and greatest about yoga, and this month, we want to bring your attention to best of the best on yoga from her.

Start this September by learning more about yoga (a great fitness regimen as the weather starts to force us all inside), and give it a try. In honor of yoga month, many yoga studios are offering free classes, so be sure to check it out in your area!
