Although opera singers are often stereotyped as voluptuous, Olivia Ward feels that she hasn’t been chosen for roles because of her weight. She studied vocal performance at the University of Alabama, and received her master’s degree in opera performance at the New England Conservatory of Music. After being diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Olivia says she “completely gave up” and let her weight get out of control. Today, things are looking up and she’s ready to shed pounds and become a healthy person. Olivia was a casting pick of season 5′s Brittany Aberle.

my Question is to Olivia Ward the 2011 Biggest Loser Contestant Congrats Olivia, with the weight loss. That is wonderful, I just have a question? Now that the weight is gone what is the plan for the stretched out skin. I myself had lost 100ibs and find that I struggle with this annoying extra stuff and well lets just say my two friends are not where they are to be. Any advice??

Hi Olivia, I know you will be successful in your effort to lose weight. I know the Lords intentions is to bless you and Hanna. Just expect it to happen. IT IS going to HAPPEN, i BELIEVE IT AND KNOW IT. I'm also looking forwar to hearing about yuo gettting pregnant. Just remember yur dad told me first when your mom was expedcting you. So I expect a telephone call. His strength remains steadfast in you.

Yay! Olivia is a dear friend of mine and I am so so so excited for her! We've all been rooting for her & sending her our love and encouragement. And living in SoCal it's been killing me that she's SO close & I can't go visit her!
