Khloe Kardashian and Demi Lovato: Two Celebrities with Resolutions We Love!

There are just a few hours remaining in 2024. That means you only have a little while longer to decide on your New Year’s Resolutions. So what’s it going to be this year? If you’re still stumped, take a look at some celebrity resolutions for inspiration. We think Khloé Kardashian and Demi Lovato have two of the best resolutions we’ve seen so far.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan UK, Khloé says that she’s ready for this year to be over and new one to begin. “You only live once so let’s make that one time perfect. We can’t fix our mistakes and imperfections, so let’s have fun. You get what you give out in life.”

With that surprisingly chill philosophy, we have to say we’re keeping up with this Kardashian. She’s feeling more confident and is ready to have it show from the inside out.

After losing 30 pounds in the past year, Khloé shared she wants to show off her new-found confidence and slimmer figure. “I’ve worked very hard on my body…My 2024 mission is to wear a crop top with jeans. I’ve never done that so it has to happen one day.”

Another star oozing confidence as she heads into 2024 is Demi Lovato. The former Disney darling has had her share of body image and other health-related struggles, but is resolving to put that all behind her in the new year.

Last week she tweeted out “2024 = health, fitness, strength & MUSIC.” She also wrote, “It’s not about looking in shape, it’s about being emotionally and physically in shape from the INSIDE out. #ScrewNewYearsImStartingNOW.”

There are so many things to love about Demi’s tweeted resolution. Instead of focusing on outward appearance as her primary motivator, she’s emphasizing how she feels both physically and emotionally. Achieving your fitness goals takes both physical and mental strength, and it sounds like Demi has got that covered.

We also like her go-getter attitude. Demi isn’t waiting to work on her health and fitness goals until January 1, 2024, and neither should you. After all, why put off until tomorrow what you can start today?

Have a Happy and Healthy New Year!
