Great information, great ideas. My father has always done something at lunch time and he has kept the weight off for a long time.

I always called this the Executive workout because all I do is take off my jacket and loosen my tie before going at it. I do this 3 times a week. There is a gym right across from my office, so I go over there during lunch and do a zero-cardio workout- just 15 and 20 lb. weights. I just keep working out until I start to sweat and then I'm done - 10 to 15 mins tops. Since I'm not working that hard, I find it easier to stick to and since I don't have to spend all that time changing clothing or packing an extra bag in the morning, I really don't have any excuses. Progress is slow, but over the past year and a half that I've been doing it I can say that I've noticed a huge difference. When I'm done, I have a slim fast for protein.
