While Ashley began life as a healthy child, she developed sleep apnea early. At the age of six her tonsils and adenoids were removed and she began growing quickly after that. By high school, she wore a size 14/16. Since that time she has continued to gain weight, adding more than 100 pounds to her 5′ 5″ frame. Ashley hates bumping in to old friends and classmates because she’s embarrassed about being overweight. She feels like she is stuck in a body that doesn’t allow her to live life, be herself, and dress how she’d like. Ashley finds it hard to work at a spa that concentrates on well being because she thinks that she projects a negative image to clients.

I Like Ashley she has alt of something that i need. Which is determination. I in the same situation she was in. I need to lose alot of weight also Way to go GIRL!!.
