I'm not up to speed in reading every comment. These questions, may have already been ask. 1. I believe if the biggest loser show should take a person shopping over the internet. By showing label's names or brand names of bottles and the meat package. Rather then having them prepare ahead of time. Many people don't know how to read a cook book with many names to go with the different product or produce. For me taking me markett shopping picking the correct items off the shelves and grabbing the right meats, fruits, and showing me how to put them on the table. By showing me step by step, by watching a video. The problem I see is many of the example foods you see in books don't even look tasty. Trying to understand something from A to Z. I believe this would help many Americans to eat better. Only if Chiefs would take the time in guess work out. By holden hands in American homes. By allowing any person to go to a web site and looking under what I could eat for breakfast from A to Z. And how to make it on a video. Not looking at a picture or reading it in a book word to word. Hoping it comes out like the picture show'ed in the cook book. Basically it would by like having my own personel Chief in my home. By showing me step by step in how I go food shopping. Bring it home in washing or cleaning it. To weight it on the scale. To set the oven temp to showing lables up close and how much to add spiecs. I believe this would help many America's to eating at home more and not eating out all the time. And take all the guess work out in how to eat healther and smarter.

I recently lost 106 pounds, and find it very
hard to find food that tasts good, as well as looking like everyone elses meal. I plan on trying out some of these meals on my husband without telling him to see if he will eat them with me.
