We Love Soy Crisps

genisoy-soy-crispsThis week, we love crunchy, protein-packed soy crisps. Potato chips, tortilla chips and cheese curls may satisfy your need for a crunchy snack, but they also pack a pretty hefty fat punch. Soy crisps contain just about 100 calories per serving (approximately 17 round crisps) and a mere 1.5-2 grams of fat. Plus, you get 8 grams of heart-healthy and bone-boosting soy protein with each serving handful.

One of our favorite brands of soy crisps is Genisoy. Craving something salty? Choose among Sea Salt, Tangy Salt N’ Vinegar, Creamy Ranch, Rich Cheddar Cheese, Roasted Garlic and Onion,  and Nacho Cheese. Have an afternoon sweet-fix? Put down the candy-bar and reach for a bag of Apple Cinnamon, Cinnamon Streusel or Chocolate Genisoy Sweet soy Crisps.

Happy Snacking!
