Mike

The item seemed like a cheap knockoff of the perfect pull up. I currently just use my TRX as a hanger to just hold my Bodyblade(I love this product).

Very disappointed in product, but the website makes it look good.

I love TRX Suspension Training

For me, the best way to add some good muscle confusion is to use my TRX suspension trainer. These workouts can include super high-octane core strengthening workouts, down to easy going stretching.

For cardio, I add inline skating and jumping rope to break up the elyptical training and jogging. I use my bike as well, and put it on a stand in the winter months.

Whatever you are doing in the area of cardio or muscle building exercises, confusing your muscles regularly is really important to continue seeing great results.

Good luck everyone! Definitely try the TRX!

I love TRX training. Don't use it all that often, but it is amazing.
