The program within Body Confidence is all about keeping blood sugar levels steady throughout the day. This program is also one that you can continue for the rest of your life to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. Some of the healthy habits that can be learned include eating every three to four hours, proper nutrient ratios at meals and consuming the proper number of calories at each meal. You will learn what your current metabolism level is and how to reprogram it to burn fat around the clock.

MacDonald has used this program to help so many people reach their weight loss goals. The foreword of the book is written by famous comedienne Chelsea Handler who has used this program to reach her own weight loss goals. MacDonald is also Handler’s personal nutritionist and she has been helping him promote the book, as well.

In Mark Macdonald's Body Confidence, how does one determine which goal type they are? We have the book..it's very good...This is about Mark Macdonald's Body Confidence plan, we are excited about this plan,but need to be clear on which goal type is right? I'm 5'7,56 yrs old..160 pds,would like to lose 10-15 pds,moderately active...thanks!!
