UPDATED August 4, 2010: At the age of 36, and at a height of 5’2″ and a fit 120 pounds, the petite trainer is hoping to soon have a family.
“I’m hoping I’ll have the motherhood thing figured out within five years. I was an only child for a long time, and it was lonely, so I would like to have at least two kids,” Michaels said. “As long as children have love, that’s all that matters, but in an ideal scenario I’d want them to have a father.” Read More
Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels wants to be a mother. She just doesn’t want the physical stress and changes that go along with it.
“I’m going to adopt. I can’t handle doing that to my body,” Michaels tells Women’s Health magazine.
Jillian Michaels is 5’2″ and 120 pounds. For those who are not that familiar with her story, she was overweight as a teenager. In fact, she said she was 175 pounds as a 12-year-old child. It coincided with the split of her parents.
“I was an only child at the time, so there was nowhere to go with any of it,” she recalls. “I felt abandoned.”
But, she fought through it and lost the weight with martial arts, something she has done passionately for 20 years.
In the interview, The Biggest Loser trainer reveals that she dates both men and women.
“I’ve been in love with both,” she said.
Michaels’ career will continue on its upward trajectory, as her daytime talk show Losing It With Jillian debuts in fall 2011.
