Diets in Review - Find the Right Diet for You

Join the Cook at Home Challenge with Chef Devin Alexander

Chef Devin Alexander and DietsInReview.com introduce the Cook at Home Challenge, in which we want you to cook five more meals at home during the week than you already do. Then, share your experiences with the Cook at Home Challenge community by posting blogs, videos or photos, and you’re entered to win prizes each week. Prizes include a variety of cookware packages, all leading up to our Healthy Kitchen Makeover grand prize package, valued at $1,895. You could even win a copy of Devin’s new book “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Fattening!”.

Now through April 9, 2010, you can join Chef Devin, DietsInReview.com and our entire challenge community in making cooking a priority in your home. It’s an opportunity to get out of the drive-thru and back in to the kitchen that will prove how healthy, cost-effective and even family-friendly this often-considered chore can be.

With a little planning you can easily add a breakfast, lunch and a few dinners to your to-do list each week. When you do, share with the Cook at Home Challenge community how you’re doing it. Share a recipe in a blog post, post a video of your kids making a delicious mess while prepping a dinner salad or pancakes, or share a photo of your family around the table or of the finished product.

Each entry makes you eligible for weekly prizes that include cookware, bakeware, utensils, and even Devin’s new book “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Fattening!“, releasing March 9. Then, at the end of the six-week challenge, we’re awarding one challenger a Healthy Kitchen Makeover valued at nearly $2,000. All of this is intended to make it easier and more enticing to get back in that kitchen.

So tie on an apron, fire-up the oven and join the challenge today!
