Biggest Loser Casting New Trainers

Looks like the contestants won’t be the only new faces at the Biggest Loser ranch in season eight. NBC has announced it is looking for certified personal trainers who “are ready to change someone’s life forever.” No word yet on whether Bob and/or Jillian are being replaced, or if they will stay on to welcome the new trainer(s). Our NBC contact said “we’re just keeping creative options open for next season.”

To apply, you should meet these requirements:

  • Must be certified
  • Must provide references
  • Nutritional credentials a plus
  • Experience with overweight clients
  • Strong personality
  • At least 18-years-old
  • Legal U.S. Resident

Live casting calls for the trainer auditions and Season 8 contestants are taking place in the following cities and dates:

  • February 21: NYC, OKC, Louisville, Chicago
  • Febuary 28: Dallas, Detroit, Nashville, Charlotte
  • March 7: Houston, Miami, Columbus, Phoenix
  • March 14: LA, San Diego

They better NOT take Jillian(my fav) or Bob off!!!! I would Like a 3rd trainer no more then 3 but don't takeBob or Jil off!! I don't watch America Idol anymore because of the 4th judge!! If they take Jillian off she is and will always be my favorite trainer!! Plus they will always know how to train people!! I hope that they don’t get rid of Bob and Jillian they are what helps make the show!!!!

Hopefully they’re just replacing Kim. She hasn’t been seen on BL since she made one of her own team members turn against her in season 4. That was also the last time BL was singles and not couples.

If they get rid of Bob and Jiliian I swear I will never watch the show again!!!! They are one of the only reasons I watch the show!!!!!

I love Bob and Jillian but you never know – new trainers could turn out to be just as great!! Change is good.

If Jillian And Bob leave the show it will not be near as good as it is now.
I think Jillian is the best trainer ever!
Please keep them on!

That’s good 2 know! Both of them are great trainers! but I know a trainer in houston by the name of scotty that will make the show a blast! I will make sure I tell him about it! I lost 90lbs easy b/c of him! Great trainer

Oh man! I really hope they don’t get rid of Bob & Jillian. That is one of the biggest attraction of the show. I’m sure that there are other well-qualified trainers out there. But, Bob & Jillian have become the symbol of the show. The fans are following them!

The last time they added a new trainer it didn’t work out so well and I liked Kim. NBC, Keep Jillian and Bob!

I LOVE the biggest loser i am only 11 but i love the show they should get a new trainer but i hope they don’t get rid Jillian and Bob, and not a SUCKY trainer! Hope biggest loser stays the same love yall all.

Love the biggest loser, watch every week while on the treadmill. It is hard to watch when sitting on the couch eating chips!

I really love watching the show! I really don’t think they should replace the trainers. If Jillian isn’t on the show I don’t know if I will watch it anymore. She is a kick A– trainer and she knows what she is doing she digs deep and gets to the bottom of what is happening with each person. THEY CAN NOT MAKE IT WITHOUT JILLIAN.
Bob is great as well I am just a Jillian fan!

I am a huge fan of Bob. He is a wonderful trainer and the contestants all love him. He does not need to yell and swear at the contestants to get them motivated (With the exception of Joelle LOL). If they get rid of Bob and Jillian they will lose a large fan base. BUT sometimes it takes change to keep ratings up.

A 3RD TRAINER WOULD BE COOL, JUST KEEP THE ORGINAL TRAINERS AS WELL THEY ARE DOING A GREAT JOB HELPING PEOPLE LOSE SO MUCH WEIGHT. LET ME BE THE 3RD TRAINER I WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH JILLIAN SHE’S SEXY.
