With New Year’s resolutions on your mind and, for most, weight loss at the top of the list now is the time to buckle down, eat right, and exercise. For some, the eating better part isn’t really that hard, but the exercising component is more difficult to start or maintain. Could this be because you can’t afford a gym membership or personal trainer?
