		<description>It&#039;s so funny that Gretchen posted this. I got my first iPod for Christmas and I&#039;ve quickly learned that is what I&#039;ve been needing to make me get into the gym.

My first night I created the &quot;Sexy Back&quot; workout. I put on Justin Timberlake&#039;s Future Sex/Love Sounds album and got about half way through. I made myself run the elliptical to the beat of each song. It was a nice workout because one song would be fast and the next a slower tempo. So I was going in little three and four minute bursts, giving myself just a pinch of a break in between.
