Of course, my wish for others is that they commit to exercise each day, even if it’s only for 10 minutes. It’s not about how long you exercise; it’s about forming the habit and getting into a new, healthy routine. You’ll improve your lifestyle and start believing that you are worth it!”

Thank you, Kithe. I have been following you and your inspiring progress since the first time Everyday Health had you on. Your practical, non-hype comments are always motivating. Kithe: Thank you for accentuating the positive and the benefits of lifestyle change while demonstrating that it can even be done with the constant travel, wining and dining and grueling work schedule you have. Your perspective has made me realize many things, including that it doesnt have to be hard to let go of poundage. You keep it positive and real -- I feel fortunate to be in on your progress....
