Ramon Medeiros is a 27-year-old from Florence, Colorado. He works as a tattoo artist. He feels he can't live life fully because of his weight, which prevents him from doing simple things like shopping for clothes and riding roller coasters. Covering up true feelings with jokes and fake smiles, Ramon admits that he isn't truly happy. Like many former athletes, the absence of a structured diet and fitness program has helped lead to his weight gain.
