Biggest Loser 10 Episode 4 Recap

Shay Sorells recaps episode Four of The Biggest Loser season 10.

In episode four of the Biggest Loser season 10, the contestants must face a super-sweet challenge, involving being tempted by Curtis Stone's cupcakes. Major gaming strategy surfaces, and the contestants' competitive spirit starts to show.

This week, two of the contestants got sent home. Once again, the women fell at the bottom half of the weigh-ins. Burgandy and Sophia both got sent home, but the two women continue their new-found healthy lifestyles and are continuing to lose weight at home.

Shay I love every thing you do. I loved you on the show and since. Ive been using the shake weight and it is firming up my batwings. You ever think about using it? Love your video recap. I cant jog due to patello-femoral syndrome. Messed up my routing of jog\walk\steps. Drs orders. :( but Ive been doing other things. I will lose this last 58 lbs.

It was really great to see this week's episode. I loved learning how to make "healthier" cupcakes for the moments when I have sweet tooths. The more I watch this season, I am starting to really like Aaron and Fredo. Usually I really identify with one of the girls, but not yet this season. Aaron is so passionate about his son and you can see the determination in his eyes. It really pulls at my heartstrings. Fredo always has something to say that motivates people around him. I really hope that the "gameplay" doesn't get in the way of the real reason all of the contestants are there!

Go Orange! :) I still love the orange team even if the red line doesn't. :)

Shay, you made a statement that I definitely agree with...people probably would not have thought so much about Adam having a target on his back if Brendan hadn't mentioned it. I hope Brendan doesn't get so caught up in game play and remembers why he is really there. I have so much more respect for those who do. Thanks for the good insight!
