About Me:

I am a single mom and I need to lose weight for my health.

I also want to lose the weight for myself.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • I need to lose 120 pounds.
  • I have plans on being 145-150
  • To look and feel better about myself before July of 09
  • changing my eating habits

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I feeled comfortabel with my weight until I start having back problems.

My favorite healthy food:

Seafood, sodas, candy, gum, steak, cheeseburgers, most noodle dinners, fried chicken
I do love fruits

My guiltiest pleasure:

Chocolate cake, candy,

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

Because I want to be around to see my great grandkids and be able to play with them as I do with my grandkids now.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Stop drinking soda and beer
  • Eating health meals and watching my Caloris
  • Joined the weight watchers point plane
