The goals I'm working toward:

  • Maintaining a healthy body and being a good role model to my two daughters.

My favorite healthy food:

Pomegranate and sweet potatoes

My guiltiest pleasure:

Anything sweet and sour like sour patch kids, gummy bears, jelly beans.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

Of my children. I never want them to feel like they have to be skinny, just healthy.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Packing snacks for work
  • Drinking water all day
  • Running

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Organized classes. My running happens outside or on my treadmill at home.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Numerous races completed including many 5ks, 10ks, 15ks, and 1/2 marathons.
