About Me:

I am 43 I have had 2 kids one when I was 21 and 1 when I was 33. I had a radical Hysterectomy at 34. I always weighed between 125 and 140....but since my son was born premature and i was bedridden and then he had extreme colic and I hit major depression. I now weigh 190lbs. I am just now doing cardio I joined the gym Nov 1st and have been working out 2hrs a day. Cardio and glute and upper flabby arms only. I hate that my butt has dropped it use to be gorgeous!! Help!! What do I do at this age? By the way I eat very healthy...always have. No caffine no soda no fastfood no fried food so what the heck?! I eat fruits vegies hummis fiber one yoplait chicken salmon scallops etc. what do I do or better yet what am I doing wrong?

The goals I'm working toward:

  • First and most important Loosing Weight and Fat
  • My stomach needs a tummy tuck.....I gained 100lbs with each pregnancy....due to high risk and bedridden.The more I loose the more it hangs....this contributes 100% to my depression
  • Second I want my arms in shape and my butt lifted and tight again and my upper thighs. My calfs are beautifull so what happened to my legs?

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I became a mom and my hysterectomy and my depression. I need to loose I believe 50lbs to put me at 150. I am 5'4".

My favorite healthy food:

3oz chicken boneless skinless. Bananas. Ensure. Smoothies. Fiber one bars. Granola bars. Steamables vegies. Hummas. Albacore tuna in water. Lowfat mayo Cabot cheese (75%less fat) whole wheat pita and wraps. Whole wheat pasta. I keep away from sodium Big time!! Apples etc. I also drink at least 6 to 8 8oz waters a day. I pee clear. Sometimes I drink fuze slenderize and I love green tea with fresh squeezed lemon. One glass of 2% milk a day and juice cran rasberry or apple or oj every other day. Crystal light in water once in a while. I put quinoa and/or flaxseed in my cereal or smoothies or anywhere else I can

My guiltiest pleasure:

Dark Chocolate. Sorbets. I hate chips...hate soda....hate fast food....hate fried food. Sometimes I crave Junior Mints and/or Recees Peanut Butter Cups.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I was Very beautifull and now not at all. I use to do calendars and such and I have not seen that Cindi since I was 32 and now I am 43 and ugly and gigly. I can't wear my pretty dresses because of my tummy. I don't want to be on anti-depressants anymore

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Water water water
  • Park my car the furthest away that I can
  • Try and get as much excercise as I can as of recently....befor that I could only walk and do Yoga

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Cardio.....glutes......arms with machines and some free weights...yoga classes

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My Kids
  • Eating Healthy
  • Trying to do something about it
