About Me:

well am 25 year old current weight 17 stone 71/2 goal weight at the moment is 13 stone anything less is even better been on cambridge for 5 days now doing well need to do it this time been on it in the past lost a stone kept it of sticking at it for more this time

The goals I'm working toward:

  • maintain the weight
  • in time living more health
  • to run out about with my son to be healthy

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

i have always been of and on diets from age of 15 but after giving birth just found it hard to get off

My favorite healthy food:

the now just having shakes on cambridge diet but i love vegetables chicken all the things on the cambridge diet i like so good

My guiltiest pleasure:

ate alot of fast food going for meals all the time diet soda not doing this now

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i want to feel sexy get nice dress cause ive never worn one long time for my boyfirend and my kid to hsve a mum going to be here for him and play with him

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • stopped drinking soda only water now
  • take my shake with me if know might not make it back
  • doing light exercise

My favorite activity at the gym is:

only light exercise in my home feel i got bit to loss before i would step foot in a gym being going swimming once a week

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • having my little boy love him so much
