yogurt and granola, veggies, and fish

My guiltiest pleasure:

all junk food! lol

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i want to be healthy and join the army and for once not be the ugly fat sister

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • stopped drinking soda, water only
  • no more fast food
  • jog every night after work
