About Me:

I am a secretary at a school and I love it! My husband and I have 2 dogs, they are the sweetest. We participate in car shows with our 76 Camaro and 82 Vette. I love to jog/walk and participate in 5k's!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Making my time better on 5k's.
  • Losing 20 more pounds.

My favorite healthy food:

Yogurt and Granola. Strawberries

My guiltiest pleasure:

Anything Mexican or Chocolate!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to try to have children and to feel good and look the best I have looked in my life!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drinking lots of water daily!
  • Eating fruit and jogging/walking.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Weights.
