About Me:

I'm a 30 year old registered nurse turned SAHM to my beautiful 13 month old son. I'm also a proud Marine wife dealing with all the challenges and stressors that lifestyle brings.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 65 pounds
  • Working out regularly
  • Avoid binge/stress eating

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I have a gorgeous husband and son that deserve the best wife and mommy I can give them. I want more self confidence and to start really living life.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • I drink lots of water
  • I have a treadmill I use on a fairly regular basis
  • I carry snacks with me so I'm never starving

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Becoming a registered nurse
  • Becoming a mommy
  • Getting 2 degrees
