I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

14 years ago when I had my second child

green sour apples

My guiltiest pleasure:

half cooked triple chocolate brownies with peanut butter..

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I feel uncomfortable and want to reduce risks of heart attack

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • lots of salads and fruit
  • High protein yogurts
  • runnung

My favorite activity at the gym is:

not a member but liked the elliptical trainer

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my children
  • going back to school later in life
  • getting my house in order
