I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I wanted to travel with my husband, and I was at the point I couldn't walk any distance with out a wheelchair

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • stopped drinking sodas and started working out.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

strenght training and the elliptical.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • getting to my goal weight andmy 5 childern.
