About Me:

Started getting into fitness about 2 months ago and I love Jillian's workout dvd's(shred it with weights is my favorite... kettlebell) I'm under 5 foot tall and was in a size 13, I am now wearing a size 7/8. It takes a lot of determination, will power, and LOTS and LOTS of hard work. I'm not even close to perfect, I have my share of bad habits but I am ME and there won't ever be another one.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight for at least 10 years

My favorite healthy food:

Grilled vegetables, baked or grilled fish, stir fry......

My guiltiest pleasure:

Tiramisu!!!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to have kids, feel good about myself when I look in the mirror, not be out of breath when I walk up a flight of stairs, not cringe when I see myself in a photo, have more confidence...

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • replaced soda with ice water
  • workout 6 days a week
  • drink protein shake after workout
  • grill or bake instead of fry

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Don't go to a gym or online fitness, but my favorite workout is Jillian Michael's shred it with weights(kettlebell!)

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • staying focused and determined
